What does it cost?
Listing work starts at $700. The final number depends on the property, the shoot length and what you want delivered. We scope it on a short call and quote it fixed, in writing, within one business day.
How fast can you turn it around?
Seventy-two hours is our standard from shoot to delivery. If a listing is going live on a tighter deadline, tell us and we will say yes or no straight away rather than string you along.
Do I need to be on camera?
Only if you want to be. Agent screen time is available on any shoot and plenty of our tours are property only. We will tell you which suits the listing.
Do you shoot drone?
Not at this time. Aerial is on our roadmap and we expect to add it soon. If a listing genuinely needs air, tell us on the call and we will point you to a certified pilot rather than pretend we can cover it.
Does the home need staging first?
It shoots better staged, but we work with what is there. If waiting two days for staging would genuinely change the result, we will say so rather than take the booking.
Can I book you for every listing?
Yes, and it costs less that way. Agents closing regularly move onto a monthly arrangement with priority scheduling. We size it to your volume on the call.
